这三个字，我相信没人没听过吧
即使你不是小孩子了
即使你根本不爱看动画
但是，迪士尼带给孩子们的一切，你却不能去否定它
迪士尼王国最广为人知的就是他的动画和迪士尼乐园了
当然，还有无数无数的周边商品
有人说，你一辈子不能不去的地方，就是迪士尼乐园
而你去过绝对会再想去的地方，还是迪士尼乐园

21岁的画家华特.伊利埃斯.迪士尼看着自己画的小女孩艾丽斯出神，幻想着她会活泼地动起来。
他寄望于在影城好莱坞实现这个梦。
可到了好莱坞一摸口袋，才剩下40美金。
无奈，他和弟弟罗伊·迪士尼合伙，以每月10美元的租金租下了好莱坞一家商店的后仓库。
就这样，世界上第一家把动画搬上银幕的电影公司——迪士尼兄弟动画片制作公司于1923年10月16日在那里正式成立，并开始了艰难的创业历程。

相信全世界许多人都知道谁是‘华特迪士尼’（Walt Disney），但是不见得听过‘洛伊迪士尼’（Roy Disney）。
其实洛伊是华特的三哥，他们两人同时是打造迪士尼王国的灵魂人物，
要是没有这位不爱抢锋头的三哥，华特迪士尼的梦想永远没有实现的一天。
如果说‘华特迪士尼’是一位梦想家，那么‘洛伊迪士尼’就是一位实务家，
当华特毫无忌惮地挥霍他的狂想，洛伊则是汲汲营营地在幕后筹措经费，就是因为有这位幕后的大掌柜，华特才不致破产。
华特与洛伊两兄弟为了电影制作预算的争执，每回一吵就是天翻地覆，但是吵过以后总又能雨过天晴不致绝裂，
有一回华特与洛伊又吵得不可开交最后不欢而散，洛伊先行离场，一位员工就在洛伊走后向华特迪士尼说洛伊的坏话，
华特一听立刻正色对那位员工说：
‘你给我听好！起争执是我们兄弟两的事，外人管不着…还有，没有洛伊就没有华特迪士尼公司，你最好认清这个事实！’
在华特迪士尼去世的前几年之间，他把重心都放在筹划佛罗里达州的新乐园【迪士尼世界】，
当他染上肺癌不得不躺在病床上时，还望着天花板的方格，利用方格来‘规划’以未来社区为概念的ＥＰＣＯＴ中心，
不料他还是在１９６６年１２月１５日上午９点３５分与世长辞。
华特迪士尼走后，洛伊不顾自己本身的疾病，一心只想完成弟弟生前的遗愿，
到了１９７１年１０月，佛罗里达【迪士尼世界】的第一部分终于正式对外开幕，
洛伊坚持把乐园的名字由原本【迪士尼世界】改为【华特迪士尼世界】（Walt Disney World，简称为ＷＤＷ），以纪念他一世相扶持的弟弟。
乐园开幕的两个月后，洛伊也因为脑溢血离开了人间，他从小开始就一直照顾着弟弟，如今终于心愿已了、无牵无挂了…

在１９２７年，华特迪士尼终于创出一个颇受欢迎的卡通人物【幸运兔奥斯华】（Osward, the Lucky Rabbit），当时获得不少回响。
１９２８年２月，华特迪士尼信心满满地与太太莉莉莲搭火车赶到纽约，要与发行人 Charles Mintz 洽谈奥斯华卡通下一期的合约，
华特原本计画要提高价格卖出，不料发行人在此时告诉华特一个残酷的事实：
他已经高价买通所有奥斯华的幕后人员！照样可以继续推出奥斯华，而华特却已无法拥有奥斯华了…
奥斯华是华特迪士尼心底永远的痛，在此事件中华特尝到被下属背叛的滋味！
经此惨痛经验后华特迪士尼学到一个教训：一定要本身拥有影片的版权！
从纽约回途火车上，华特迪士尼脑中萌发了另一个卡通主角的灵感，那就是：一只老鼠！
华特马上帮这只老鼠取名为“Mortimer Mouse”，不过迪士尼夫人莉莉莲却想到一个更好的名字：“Mickey Mouse”！

有了奥斯华惨痛的经验，迪士尼这回可学乖了，老鼠的秘密计画是在自家车库中秘密进行的，
在迪士尼与伙伴 Ubbe Iwerks 努力赶工下，第一部米奇卡通【飞机迷】（Plane Crazy）终于完工！
