户外旅游报名注意事项

Thanks for your interests and registration to OK, Deal! Outdoor trips, please read the information as below for registration procedure and notice before you paying trip deposit, for any questions please feel free to contact us travel@okdealclub.com.
感谢您对OK,Deal! 户外旅游的关注和报名，以下是关于旅游活动的报名参加流程和注意事项，请在您确认参加并交付定金之前仔细阅读，如有任何问题请随时联系我们travel@okdealclub.com

（一）活动组织参加流程 The procedure of trip organizing and participating:
    活动前两周至前两个月 旅游组织者以网站张贴或者邮件形式发出活动邀请
Two weeks to one month before the trip—the trip organizer will send out invitation by posting on website or newsletter
    活动前一周至三周 旅游成员咨询报名，交纳旅游订金
One week to two week before the trip – trip organizers work for trip details consulting and collect the RSVP information as well as trip deposit from trip members
    活动前三天 至一周  组织者与成员确认旅游是否成行及注意事项，通知集合时间和地点
Three days before the trip – trip organize confirm about the trip with the members and send out the trip details confirmation, notice and picking up time and venue
    活动当天 旅游成员集合见面，旅游开始前付清余款，开始享受旅游
On the trip day – trip members meet up and start the trip, pay for the balance, start to enjoy the travel
    活动结束后，组织者对成员进行回访，取得服务 反馈意见，发送成员联系表，上传旅游照片至OK,Deal!网站
After the trip, the organizer will do survey to the members and get service feedback, send out the members contact list and put up travel photos on OK,Deal! Website


（二）如何报名参加旅游活动How to Register for the Trips:
发送email 到travel@okdealclub.com者发送短信到15001791355，注明活动名称及包括以下信息报名，我们收到申请后会和你及时确认支付旅游定金方式
Please send your contact to travel@okdealclub.com with the Trip Title and the information below for register or call 1500179355 for more details, we will confirm with you the way to pay for the deposit once we get your application.

(三)儿童若参加旅游 将如何收费How we charge travel fee for children –
2岁以下儿童旅游免费 ，2岁以上 儿童需视是否占车位床位以及身高等因素确认具体价格，不占床位和车位的儿童可以免付旅游订金。
We will offer free space for the children under 2 years old, and confirm about the specific price for the children above 2 years depend on if they will take space for bus, hotel and the height ext.，no need to pay for trip deposit for the children who don't take space for bus and hotel room .

（四）如何支付旅游订金How to Pay for the Trip Deposit:
因旅游组织过程复杂，组织者需要涉及提前订车/飞机票和酒店为队员购买保险，故需要在成员报名参加旅游后收取一定数额的订金作为参加活动的保证，剩余款项将在旅游活动当天全部付清，不得拖欠。
Since Tourism organizations is complicated procedure and the organizer need to collect deposit from trip members as a attendance commitment before booking bus/airplane tickets and hotel, the balance will to be paid on the trip day.

方式一，银行ATM机转帐或者网上汇款
Option One, Bank Transfer by ATM Machine or Online

汇款后短信或电话至活动组织人告知你的姓名,人数，定金数额及参加的活动名称，以方便查询，并保留汇款凭证以方便核实! Please keep the bank receipt and txt message or email to the trip organizer to confirm about your name, People`s number, Deposit amount and the trip name for us to check and confirm.

方式二, 地铁二号线静安寺站碰头见面付款（可以根据实际情况考虑在其他站见面），组织者会开具收据。
Option two, meet up at the Metro Jing An Temple Station Line 2 or other station on line 1,2,3,4 ext. depend on both of the parties` schedule, the organizer will take the deposit by cash and issue receipt

方式三, 上门收款（仅限金额大于1500元）
Option Three To-door service to take the cash (need to be more than 1500rmb)

（五）旅游订金是否可以退还 Travel  Deposit Refund Policy
依照各种可能发生的情况而导致订金需要退还，须依照以下不同情况而定。
Deposit refund shall be in accordance with the following different circumstances

1>. 若由于成员自身原因无法参加行程的—
If the members cancel the trip by their own reason --
A, 短线旅游（主要交通工具为旅游大巴）:
For short trips (mainly by shuttle bus as transport):
    在活动两周前要求取消旅游的，可以做订金全额退还
The full deposit will be refund if members cancel two weeks before the trip day
    在活动一周前要求取消旅游的，可以退还一半订金额
The half deposit will be refund if members cancel one week before the trip day
    在活动前一周内要求取消旅游的，订金不予退还
Deposit will not be refund if the members cancel in one week before the trip day

B,长线旅游（主要交通工具为飞机或者火车/动车）,组织者需事先收取旅游订金和飞机/火车票费用：
For long trips (mainly by flight or train as transport)，the organizer need to take travel deposit as well as flight ticket / train ticket fee:
    在活动两个月前要求取消旅游的，可以做订金全额退还，机票火车票可按照航空铁路公司相关政策退还
The full deposit will be refund if members cancel two month before the trip day, and the flight/train ticket fee will be refund as the related airline/railway company`s policy
    在活动一个月前要求取消旅游的，可以做退还50%订金额，机票火车票可按照航空铁路公司相关政策退还
The full deposit will be refund if members cancel two month before the trip day, and the flight/train ticket fee will be refund as the related airline/railway company`s policy
    在活动前一个月内要求取消旅游的，订金不予退还，机票火车票可按照航空铁路公司相关政策退还
Deposit will not be refund if members cancel in one month before the trip day, and the flight/train ticket fee will be refund as the related airline/railway company`s policy

2〉若由于组织者自身原因或因各种不可抗力（如人数不够无法组团，天气，交通等）而导致活动无法成行的，组织者将会在确认取消后将订金全额退还给成员。
If the trip organizer cancel the trip by its own reason or by any force majeure (such as not enough members for the travel group, weather or transportation ext.), the full deposit will be refund to all of the members before the trip once the trip organizer confirm the cancellation.

（六）旅游过程当中有哪些注意事项Some Notice During the Trip:
1〉About the Trip Plan 关于行程计划 -- The trip plan/schedule is tentative, the order of tour places visiting may change dependant on trip members` preferences or by any force majeure such as weather or transportation ext., the tour place entrance ticket included into the travel fee will be refund to the members after the trip if its visiting get cancelled.
,行程计划时间表届时可根据成员偏好或者因天气，堵车等不可控因素等随时变化，我们会根据实际情况调整景点/旅游顺序，如果因各种因素取消去的景点安排，组织者会根据实际门票价格在旅游后退还款项给旅游成员。

2〉About the Accommodation关于住宿-- We will offer the standard double room of hotel/hostel for the trip members and allocate the rooms by gender or your preference, please let us know if you want to live alone and the extra fee will be charged for a single room.旅游住宿统一为酒店/农家两人标准间或大床房，届时按照性别或者个人要求分配，如需单住的请提前和领队说明并另付加床费。

3〉 About the food关于饮食 – Group meals with Chinese local fresh food and Chinese& Western style food for breakfast, please let us know if you have any preference or taboos of food when register.中式当地美食团餐以及中西式早餐，考虑到各国成员因民族信仰和饮食习惯等禁忌和偏好，请您在报名时与组织者说明饮食要求。

4〉About the travel security关于旅行安全 –Considering about there are some risks and uncertainties of outdoor trips，the organizer will buy accidental injury insurance for all of the members before the trip as well organize rescue in the case of any emergency, the trip members need to follow the organization of the trip organizer/coordinator/tour guide or bear their own consequences, we hereby declare that the trip organizer is not responsible for any joint liability of the accidents during the trips
 鉴于户外旅游存在某些风险性和不确定因素，俱乐部认为队员在报名参加活动时已做好充分的考虑，俱乐部负责为队员购买旅游意外伤害险，及在紧急情况下组织救助，各队员须在旅游中听从领队的安排，不得擅自行动，否则后果自负！同时组织者不负责活动中一切意外事故的连带责任,特此声明。

（七）旅游之后组织者会提供哪些服务  What service will be offered by the trip organizer after the trip.
旅游之后组织者将会对本次旅游成员进行网络问卷调查进行服务意见反馈，以及抽取个别成员作电话回访，领队会在取得成员同意后将旅游照片进行收集 后在okdeal club网站上传，同时将成员联系方式已邮件形式发送 给大家
The organizer will send out the online survey to all of the trip members or make phone call to several people for service feedback, also we will put up the trip photos on OK,Deal! Website as well send out the contact list to all of the trip members after getting your permission.
